The Pink Ombre Candyskull

We have been loving playing around with more Halloween looks!  This is our pink candyskull creation.

To create the look we started with making an ombre base, fading the pink into the white.  Unfortunately we do not have any MAC chromacakes as yet so we made do with what we had!!  We used show orchid lipstick by MAC and faded it into Snazzaroo facepaint in white, using a MAC stipling brush 187.

All the black detail is the black snazaroo facepaint!  For the cobweb and mouth detail we used this with a MAC angle brush for precision!  Use an unused disposable firm lipwand or a clean angle brush to neaten the edges.

The top of the eye detail are small gems stuck on with duo eyelash glue!

Another Halloween look of ours.......
This look was partly inspired by the MAC Rick Baker zombie....  his work is revolutionary!  We just put a pretty twist on it with lots of glitter!!

I'm sure we will be experimenting with more Halloween looks in the very near future!!  Check our instagram for the latest updates @caseybelles xx

Today's Beautiful Bride

This is today's gorgeous bride Emma!!  Emma's inspiration was a mix between an Audrey Hepburn look and Vogue's October 2011 Adele cover by the amazing Charlotte Tilbury.

We used an autumnal colour palette perfect for an October wedding!

Products as follows; Studio Fix Fluid foundation MAC, Shimpagne Mineralise powder to highlight the cheeks, Pink Swoon blush MAC on the apples, eye base Groundwork Paintpot by MAC, Bountiful Brown Pencil MAC blended in crease with Harmony Blusher by MAC using MAC 217 brush, Boot Black liner MAC, Vanilla Pigment by MAC to highlight browbone and the inner corner of the eye, corner lashes by MAC to give a beautiful elongated but subtle shape, Buried Treasure eye pencil by MAC smudged into lower lash line, Dervish Lip liner by MAC with Hue lipstick also by MAC!

Emma's aim was to look flawless yet natural, whilst embracing her English Rose look and loved the results!  She looks stunning!!

Halloween Makeup

We are loving playing around with Halloween makeup ideas!!!  These are our versions of the popular looks, the half candy skull and the broken doll.

This was our beautiful inspiration picture for the candy skull

Key products for the candy skull were Snazaroo face paint for the white base, MAC Fluidline in Blacktrack for all the black detail,MAC Fluidline in Dipdown for the brows, some black gems we already had (larger ones from paperchase) and Current lip liner from MAC.

Our Inspiration picture for the broken doll was this amazing Illamasqua Visual.  Alex Box's work is just unreal!!

Just realised we forgot to do freckles on our own broken doll :(
We use MAC chromaline in Pure White for the big eye and lined it with MAC Boot Black.  The lashes are cluster lashes placed on upside down.

For finishing touches we made a bow with the hair and added these cute little ribbon bows from paperchase that we already had!

Hope you enjoyed the visuals our next Halloween look will be step by step!! xxx
